The longer drawbar levers more weight off the front wheels. Helps on loose tracks and tractors with heavy fronts. If the drawbar bends however than hitch height is lost. Short drawbar if the front wheels tend to lift and high traction conditions with tractor carrying weight. Less hitch height drop should the front wheels lift. A little early to be pulling in Canada. The snow has bairly melted and the tracks dried off. In a French or English speaking area?

Hi, thank you for the message, I'm in a French speaking area, East of Québec. We try with a longer bar, about 8 inches, 22 inches high. The tractor pull on hard dry surface. Today, we pick-up 60 plates of 100 pounds to add weight for 3 class. How the air pressure for 20.4-38 on 18000 class? Where did you pull in Canada? Bernard le mécano Québec Canada

I don't get out as much as I'd like with shift work over the weekends and making a new farm livable this year. I try to get to Dungannon, Blyth, Drayton and Paisly and pull with the 435. If my Father is on vacation I can occassionaly get his/my 40,50,60, both 70,s the 80 and 720 out for a snort at Blyth. Located in South Western Ontario. There is a bit of French population in the eastern and northern areas of Ontario. Never heard the lanuguage where we grew up until grade 5 in school. Around the Golden Horse Shoe from Niagra Falls to Toronto areas both English and French combined are a minority language. Alot of European, Middle East and far Eastern population.

Hi, we are ready for the pull tomorrow, the tractor is ok and the beer is in the cooler. Start at 9.00 am for the dyno and wheighing. Pull start at 12.00, about 25 tractors in trail. Some are stock, others improve. Here we speak French, i can write and read English because i'm a mechanic and i use shop-manual, in English, for my job. I don't have the chance to speak english. Are you from Ontario? Bernard le mécano Québec Canada

Grew up near the east shore of lake Huron. Got stuck in London for a coupe of years then another 20 in Toronto. Finally got the chance to get out of that rat hole and back full time to south western Ontario. Your english is way better than my french.

Hi, great day in pulling yesterday, first in 16.000 class, first in 18.000 class, second in 20.000 class and third in 22.000 class. We had lot of fun and drink some beer to. My friend was happy of the results. We try it next year. Bernard le mécano Québec Canada
