I am wondering which would make a good farm stock puller. I have ran both and parts are equally available in our area. I have thought alot about it and am leaning more towards the 1070 because a good 1070 is alot cheaper than a 4320. I figure I could be alot further along with a nice farm stock 1070 with alot less $$$! But I would like to here if their is a supreme diffrence in the two that makes it worth spending the extra money.

go with the 1070,the jd will require a 466 engine to compete and the 1070 is the same engine as the 504 and it will also lug better.farm stock probably won't matter much but if you ever want to go farther like to an open or hot stock the 504 case will do a better job.

I would say go with 1070. Get yourself a good strong 504 motor and I've seen those tractors down as far as 7500# and a lot cheaper than green
