7 inch works well in a stock block. You can go up to 7.250 but it's tight. I could get it done for you, but it is not cheap. Around $1200 to $1400.00 BUCKS. I really don't like doing it anymore, but if I can help, let me know.
Good Luck!

Is this a stock block that your wanting to have sleeved? I am also interested in whether I can sleeve my stock block to 6.75"-7" and how much it might cost, or do you need a powerblock to sleeve to that bore size. Any info would be appreciated.

Schooler Motorsports, Jerry Aplanap (hope I spelled his name right) Both are in the Hook magazine. I have heard some good things from pullers who use their parts.. Aslo There is Kieth Merfield, I don't know for a fact about Merfield, But he can build a good JD!! Hope this helps, Chads
