I have a styled G with late model head cut .125, big Roberts carb, all-fuel manifold and 90 over M&W pistons. I'm thinking of stroking it. I dont want to cut or grind on the tractor and keep it looking "stock". What will I have to do to put a 8.5" strocker crank? Will my pistons work? What rod lenght will be needed? Does anybody run this combo and what kind of power does it make ON THE DYNO. It makes 62 now and wondering how much more can be expected.

You will find a large range of hp obtained. Contact Alan Schooler @ 660-748-4475 or Kieth Merfeld @ 319-582-8710. They will be able to direct you with what to expect. I am going to guess that they may incourage you to go with a big stroke. The cost is the same for the machining. Besides you will be to big for the "stock" classes but not big enough for the open class. Unfortunately, that wall would need to be cut.
