Just wondering who makes a good pulling cam for a John Deere A. I need a good one. I got one from Schooler Motorsports, and after I ground it for the rods to clear, it broke on one end, and bent on the other end. Thanks for the help

You need to let the Schooler's NOTCH the cam for you! My brother got one for his big cubic inch JD-B from Schooler's and it works just fine. You can't grind it all the way around the whole cam shaft or your to thin and it is surely going to break. Leave the grinding to the experts! Schooler's do very good work!

SEND YOUR CAM TO ROBERTS CARBURETOR IN IOWA (SEE GREEN MAGAZINE FOR AD). THEN BUY A NEW SET OF ROCKER ARMS FROM JEFF ASBURY IN HALLSVILLE, MO (SEE HOOK MAGAZINE FOR AD). COMBINATION GIVES GOOD HORSE AND LUG POWER AND IS THE MOST DEPENDABLE.
