Looked at picture again and noticed it was a 95 which was made in 1958 but my book list a 95 with 3cyl Detroit. Am I right or wrong?

A model 97 was sold in the American market 1962 to 1965. The model 95 came out in 1959, same basic tractor, was sold mostly in Canada. About the same thing as a MM GVI. The 98 model was a detroit, about the same as a Oliver Super 99 tractor. Hope this helped.

Thanks for the response. I have a Moline Spec. book and it list first serial # as 1960. You are correct it was basically a GVI with massey sheet metal. One thing that is strange though, none of the Natpa people have replyed to this HMMMM! Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Pullin!

The Massey 95 is the same as a Moline GBD. The 95 Super is GVI. The Massey 97 is a Moline 705. I believe the 95 and 95 Super would be legal but a 97 would not.
