No better than Something Wilder pulls, why would you want a picture of that tractor? I've got a stock B John Deere with a creeper gear that would out pull it. If I had that tractor, I'd change the name to Something Weirder.

I have a Farmall A that has beaten a JD B before. Its all about the driving and luck of the draw.

The only way you could get around a good running B is if it was left on the trailer or was that a percentage pull???

It was a tractor weight pull. I had my A up in the 4000 lbs class. Seems crazy doesn't it? It also beat the B in the 3500 lbs class too.

You're wasting your time putting that big motor in that H. It sounds like this guy has already put a bored and stroked DT466 in this A. I'd like to know where he pulls this 4000, because I'd like to be there.

Chad, you seem to know a lot about farmalls. WHat can I do to an M without a lot of machine work? 2 kids = no cash.
Want to have fun with no cash.
Help!

My brother & I have been pulling two stock M's against 407 cu in. M's for several years. Got to play it smart. Lose weight (4500, maybe 4000). Little performance enhancements (hot plugs & coil, 7 degree advance, etc.). Balance traction-power. There's lots of little tricks you can do cheap. You'll find out other guys are willing to helo you out and let you in on a few of theirs once in a while. Also realize you're not going to be a dominating tractor, but you can still have fun and laugh when you beat those 407 ci M's on junk tracks. A couple years ago, I took 2nd at Pella as just a little farmboy playing around.
