I`am currently pulling a turbo charged IH460 in the antique class, with a 2500 to 3000 rpm limit. I`am now running a D-282 and i want to upgrade. What do you guys think would be a better choice the D-310 or the D-312? I would greatly appreciate any input. Thank You.

I would go with the 312, the 310 is a german diesel and there are very few aftermarket parts for them, I don't know about performance mods. The 312 is a Melrose Park engine, a little brother to the 414/436/466 engines so aftermarket parts and performance mods should be available.

Go with the 312 hands down, little brother of the 360 Also everything should bolt up
