I am looking for a new set of 38" tires for my Oliver 66. Plan to do some pulling in the future in stock type classes, or Div I & II. Can anyone give me a reccomendation for a good tire, or something they have had good luck with? I need them to perform well on the farm too. I was hoping to stay with a 45 deg tread for classic looks.
Thanks.

the top three are right on the money. If rules allow, and you have the hp...13.6. If stock eng. 12.4 are the way to go. I've seen people drop a tire size and get that "slippage" they need to let the engine work without dying and actually gain a few feet... Let us know how you make out.

13.6 are good but check your local club rules, some don't allow that size down to that low a weight.Firestone 23degree are good on a hard track,45 degree tires on a wet soft track,Titians are in between and seem to do good on both,

i have had good luck with 13.6x38 on my 66. some of the others i have seen run 12.4x38 they are a little lighter than the 13.6. what weight class are you considering? the 13.6 will take about all the power we are aloud in 3000 lb.
