The track was made up of horse crap saw dust and dirt. It needed more water at the finish line But had a good time don't get me wrong.

Went ,Seen and returned,Had a great time learned alot or at least think I did.Seen the KOH back it up with 3 ,1st and a 2nd place.Saw Bear get beat in Shipman style.Seen some awsome power coming out of a couple of M's from MI. Saw some ugly looking tires win in speed limit classes.Saw some politics going on "happens every where".Over all good weekend and want to thank all that were involved in putting the pull on for doing what they did.

DID NOT GO TO HARTFORD FOR THE PULL BUT A BUDDY CALL AND SAID HE PLACED BUT NO PAYBACK JUST A RIBBON. IS THIS TRUE, WITH A $25.00 HOOK FEE? WHY DO SOME PAY BACK 50% AND OTHERS DON'T, WHERE IS THAT MONEY GOING? IS IT THE COST OF THE PULLS OR WHY DO SOME RUN 2 SLEDS AND PAY THE BUILDING RENT AND STILL GIVE 50% BACK. GREED OR WHAT, PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!!! !LATER JACK JUST MY 2 CENTS WORTH

Hey Jack,
The high hook fees are all part of the BIG PULLING clubs (NATPA etc.)If I went to a pull and there was a $25 hook fee and no pay back Id pi#s right in the middle of the track. Politics, 2 faced people, tractor favortism are all reasons why I stay with the small Ohio club Im in. However if you like getting screwed in the a@# for 10hours straight on a weekend I suggest you pull with the big clubs . Dont bi@#h about it . It does no good.Im not trying to be an A@# in regards to what you have said I just get tired of the same old crap. You must be gettin tired of it too. Oh and tell your buddy to keep that ribbon in a special place beside the toilet he might need it as a back up.

I understand what you are a saying, and as you can tell from some of my other posts the politics drives me insane, but I sure get tired of pulling against the same people week in and week out and I really enjoy good fair competion, but I also have two of those ribbons to hang in the john that cost about three hundred dollars each, and yes that makes me stupid and nuts, but an adict is an addict whether it is cocaine or tractors but you still hate to be screwed by the pusher.....
