Has anyone ever tried to remove a TA from a 350 Farmall in put it in an H? I know that there would be machining involved, but there seems to be a lot of room in front of the H transmission. Or does anyone know where I can get a "Sherman" type trans. that would fit in an H?
Thanks
Dan

There are a few super H-TA's running around our area up here. All they did was put the 300 rear end on an H. On the M's, you could take the bell housing off of a 560 and put on an M, and walla, you have a super m-ta.

You would have to ask around if you can put the 350 bell housing it so you can have the torque. You would be condidered as a Super H-TA, and they only made 6 of them, and I think all of them had the first 300 sheetmetal put on them. Good Luck!!
