Tractor Pull -- help!

The Early Day Gas Engine & Tractor Association EDGE&TA) Branch 21, will host the 2002 National Show near Klamath Falls, Oregon. Dates: 08/22/02 through 08/25/02. I am the point of contact to coordinate the tractor pull portion of this national event. I can be reached at the above email address or 5510 Tunnel Loop Road, Grants Pass, OR 97526. I have a daytime phone of 541-774- 4933 and an evening phone # 541- 474-5843.
This is how I need support from knowing minds to pull-off the tractor pull. I need to develop a track for the competitive pull in what is now a nearby alfalfa field. Branch 21 does have access to a competion pull-sled, but what we really need is track size and shape. Our insurance policy regulates the spectators safety lines from the event, so we are O.K. there.
One, we need you to come to this event and bring your "puller," and 2) help me with the particulars if you can. I had been thinking that if a club like the Nortwest Tractor Pullers from Banks, OR or the Oregon Trtactor Puller Association near Canby, OR could put this event on their pull schedules for 2002 and then show up for the big pull on Aug 22 -25, '02, that would be a dream come true.
