i thought it was an eccelent pull, it was put together real nice, all the crew members were on the same page with the classes and the rules and what was going on. i liked how they kept if fair, i pulled a stock JD G and was only 8ft away from the leader, i like that kinda pulling, the track was great, my tractor never got that good of a bite, gotta good pic of the front end way up in the air, had a fun day

The team that put together the pull did an excellant job, the track was good, but it did start to dry out later in the day. We watched on Sat and pulled on Sunday. Things went a lot smoother on Sunday, but not as many tractors as Saturday. They did change the cutoff year from 52 to 57 for antiques, which I believe was done to get the NATPA Div 2 tractors into the show. There were (0)2750#, (1)3200#, (8)3800# antiques, but the heavier classes had a better turn out.
We had a real good time.

I thought the pull was good. there was some problems with the scales outside weighing light, then in side everyone was having to throw a couple hundered to get into the class. There was only one scale inside, kinda a pain. Building was nice, around 175' track. No admission fees that I know of, but I got there before anyone was at the gate outside. Sleds were Kearns from Ohio with a new one he built over winter and in worked good, and an orange sled out of Michigan. Never seem that one before. My first time pulling with them, and tech went smooth. NO COMPLAINTS. all in all, I thought it was a good pull

Sounds like one of those deals where you hire the sled and get the scale cheap or free. You get what you pay for. Sled guys tied up so he can't work on the scale to make them match.

if thats the only problems sounds easy to fix just get a nother scale to easy the conjeston, and i'm shure they will also work on things you all might not even see, sounds like they have their ducks in a roe for their first time.GREAT JOB AKRON!By the way we would of came today for the light classes but the guy on the phone told us the age break was 1952 so we did't come.
