Shortly after I pulled the 6500 on my s88 I was leaveing the track to run across the scales I went to turn and it just shoved the front end. I made it across the scales eventually. Then loosened up both the brakes. Still wasnt fixed. So I was driving it a little to see if anything happened. I heard a couple pops in the rearend and then it was fine for a minute then it locked up again. It does this continuely. What has happened? Any info would be appreciated!

Sounds like the old sow ate her pigs. Your differential has failed internally and will have to be repaired. You got posi-lock when you didn't plan on it. I would take care of it before it picks up failed parts in other moving parts and does more damage. Good Luck Dave W.

Sounds like the wiggling pin fell out of the wobbling shaft. More than likely one of the gears the connects the brake pinion to the spider gears busted. Pull the floor board and you should be able to see what happen.
