Copper head gasket needed

I need a copper head gasket that needs to be between .085 to .095 thick. The piston holes need to be 4.25, no more and no less. It is going on an 88 oliver engine. It has to measure these dimensions to get exactly the compression that I need. I have already checked at Gasket Works, and Ram engine and they could make them if they had a pattern but are very pricey and would take a long time. Who has the ability to make me a gasket, I would do it myself if I had the equipment and the time, I have neither. I know that it is going to cost around $100 or maybe a little more. Can anyone help?

Copper gaskets unlimited in Az. I don't have the number on hand. They will need a old gasket for a pattern and EXACT dimensions you want.

I can make one for you, but, the first new pattern for gaskets are always the most expencive. Programming fees for the machine. It sucks yes, we know, I could do it, but you would have about $200 bucks in it for the first one, after that, they get cheaper, and can get them at anytime you need one. Hope this helps, Sorry about the program fees, but it does get the job done right. ChadS

Pretty good price if ya ask me! I can make them cheaper once I have the program set up in the computer. Soon, we will eliminate the program fees, once we get the new CNC up and running. Chad
