WHICH RULES ARE THEY GOING TO USE THIS TIME, OR LIKE THE LAST TIME IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE AS TO WHAT RULES YOU HAVE TO PULL BY.

I am just a puller that is NOT affiliated with CATPA or the track so I have nothing to do with the rules. However, I have not had any problems with CATPA rules because I abide by them. Kinda sounds like you don't.

I AM NOT BENDING THEIR RULES, IT IS THEY WHO ARE NOT ENFORCING WHAT THEY PUBLISH TO BE THE RULES FOR ALL PULLERS TO GO BY. FOR EXAMPLE, CUT TIRES RUNNING WITH REGULAR TIRES IN CLASSES THAT DON'T ALLOW CUTS OR AT LEAST THE RULES SAY THEY DON'T. FARM CLASS TRACTORS THAT DON'T GET THEIR RPMS CHECKED THE SAME WAY AND IT'S VERY OBVIOUS SOME ARE TURNING MORE RPM'S ON THE TRACK, RULES SAY A 12 MPH FARM CLASS WITH SOME TRACTORS RUNNING AT LEAST 16 MPH OR BETTER. I THINK RULES ARE A GREAT THING TO GO BY, BUT WHEN YOU LOOK AT A CLUBS RULES AND THEN GO TO ONE OF THERE PULLS, DON'T YOU SORT OF EXPECT TO GO BY THE SAME RULES YOU READ OVER TO MAKE YOURSELF LEGAL WITH THIS GROUP. I WAS NOT DISAGREEING WITH YOUR STATEMENT OF A GREAT PLACE FOR A PULL OR EVEN THE GROUP PUTTING THE PULL ON, ONLY THE RULES THAT THEY WENT BY WERE NOT THE SAME AS THEIR PUBLISHED RULES.
