Mods are basicly div 3 rules, but 15.5 tire limit, cuts allowed, 18 from center of rear axle, 20 high. wheelie bars and kill switches are a must. any gear, 4 mph, weights cannot extend 11ft from center of rear axle, to the furthest point forward. A chain will be attached to the front of the tractor to measure front end raise,, front ends cannot raise over 20 inches, or you will be DQed. So weight front ends accordingly.
