Anywhere from 100-130psi, depends on which head is on it. Can you flood the engine when you back the adjustment out all the way while the engine is at full throttle? 180 psi is pretty good, is it a 281?? or 264? First, check out the flow coming fromthe line to the carb, it is possible, that you may be sucking the fuel clean out of the bowl, and may need a fuel pump,, Also, did you drill the main jet? Is the jet, and the metering stem holes you drilled the same size? If you did not drill the main jet, and just the stem, go back and drill the jet, if it is still not getting fuel, increase the JET size 2 more sizes, on the main jet. Like I said, you have to find the size of the main jet, and the rule of thumb is 5 sizes bigger right off the bat, same size for the metering stem holes, some higher compression engines, may take 6-8 sizes larger.
