Hello again everyone, im wondering if anyone is familiar with the Armada MI pull? i usually pull in the 6000 farm class there, but im wondering what its gonna take to go into the go-fast class, because i see they have a 6000 go-fast on sat. and a 6,300 go-fast on sunday. thought maybe i could get an extra pull in, and im wondering if its even worth trying to pull, or if im just going to embarrass myself infront of everyone. or even if theres kinda a rule of thumb that you should have X amount of hp to even try in the go-fast. im currently pulling a 1945 J.D. GM thanks again everyone, you guys are a great help!

Hey Phil,

Call the fairgrounds and check on the wheelie bar rules for that calss to start with, you'll need them eventually to run with us anyway.

I think this class is similar to Thumb's old go-fast class. Their rules were 4000rpm, home-made manifolds, gas or diesel, no cubic inch limit, all the safety stuff (if you're hitting 4000). Lots of 560s, 88s, Ms and the like. I figure 100hp+...

Glad you made it out to Memphis. Keep coming, we like the numbers.

Hey Phil, I agree with Charles, only make that about 150+ horse power. There will be some pretty stout tractors from Michigan, Ohio, and Canada. Not trying to discourage you, but I think that you should know what to expect.
