Will the 9 bolt hubs from a cast center wheel work ok to use with a pressed steel set-up on a Oliver 88? Is there any other mods needed to do?
Also that wheel width is recommand with a 14.9,15.5, and 16.9 tire?

I just did the same thing on my 77. The only thing I had to do was to buy some different bolts to bolt the wheels on. If they don"t have threads that go all the way to the head, you will need to buy some. The wheel is much thinner. I bought them at the local tractor dealership and they were $1.50 each. As far as the wheels, I am sure that you will find that opinions vary but I would use 14, 15 and 16, respectively.

Thanks for the info. What are pressed steel wheels going for lately?
