I just saw some one say to someone else to ask you about your h"s becuse they are really strong. Well as you may have saw im working on my H to so i though i would be the other guy to it. What do you have done to your motor, i ordered a standerd IH rebuild but i think i still can swap it. What would do you have? I was thinking of doing a stroker but i dont know what it takes. Is it just a kit?

I run 1 stock cube engine, and the other 2 are strokers, What kind of class are you intending on pulling? Someone put a good refernce to HP it takes to pull in different divisions,, aint trying to make this complicated for ya,,, A good div 2-3 engine for an H is 240ci, 3-13/16 bore, or less,,,, with a 5.25 stroke. ya gotta do clearence work,,, you can go as low as 5 inches on stroke with clearencing the rods, and the tips of the lobes of the camshaft,, and not much block grinding,, and, if you sometime decide to go bigger,,, and you built the engine, you will know what it will take to grind it out to clear a bigger crank throw. the 240 ci H I got makes 70+hp, and rough estimate to build it, was around 3000 dollars,,, I have one much bigger than the 240,,, but that one is out in left field between the 2 in comparison. More later,, ChadS
