You can go through the archives on posts about Denny's. He has made a whole lot of people very unhappy with his parts and service. Or lack thereof. I know several people who have been shafted by Denny's, and won't go back. Some have lost a whole lot of money on the deals. As an example, a friend of mine built a 413cid Farmall M. Got a carb done by Denny's that was gauranteed to feed the new motor. Tractor was dynoed after engine installed. Carb was sent to Denny's, with the assurance that he would get back his very own carb, with everything done to enhance the performance. Got back the new improved carb, nearly 3 months and about 8 phone calls after the promised delivery date. Put the carb on the M, lost horsepower. A significant loss of horsepower, especially considering the amount of money spent. Took the carb off. Wasn't the same carb sent, wasn't even clean inside. It appeared for all the world like a used, wore out carburetor that had been spray painted with a Denny's sticker added. Took an old, leaky carb off the farm M, and improved the hp to levels at or above before sending it off to get fixed. Put up a thread dealing with just Denny's, and you might find 2 or 3 who have gotten good service and value from Denny, but there won't be many.
