Hi, I weighed my M the other night, it weights 5962lb's, Thats without me on it. Its got 2 sets of weights on the back end. I was wondering what is a good weight to pull with. I will just be pulling at the annual steam show, And if they bring the pull back into town. I got it dynoed at 54 h.p. Thanks.

I'd take off the wheel weights and pull in the 5500# class if you can make it. It depends on what you weigh and if any allowance (such as 1 percent over the class weight) is given at the scale. Just my $.02 worth. Mike

I never did a thing. I broke it awile back, so i brought it into the repair shop, one of the mechanics there has a few farmalls, he fixed it for me, i told him to put it on the dyno, I dont know what he did, i dont know much about the engine yet, so it could have bin the carb or something else. I think he is on this pulling forum sometimes He goes by the name of farmall doctor, He is on the red power magazine forum to, maybe you can ask him there what he did.
