MW piston for JD A

I have MW piston for JD A, one is A282 and other is AP134, what I have is one good of each and want to know if both can be run in same block? both are .45, I have been look around alot still dont find many of those, only damaged ones. where could I find more of those piston and rings. help be great. thanks. my tractor SN is JD A #540063 1944

If you do decide to use the pistons--IF they are alike..... . Be SURE to weigh them....they MUST be the SAME weight, or you will have some bad vibration..... I would have them weigh within 1 gram.... You might get by, if they are within 1/4 ounce...but will not be smooth, like a perfectly balanced set... You can lighten the heavyest one, if you are careful not to weaken it...!!!! Ron.

Yeah that is what I plan to find out, will take it to a engine shop where they repair all kind engines from trucks to Hot Rods. they have showed me around their shop very likey and enjoy looking and learn alot. they use blue light on engines before doing work to be sure there nothing wrong.
right now I am waiting for piston to come in. and they too work on old tractors.
hope I have eveing work out.
