I can't believe how well it runs for sittin around outside since 98!! NO smoke at all and awesome comp. starts great.I found a 220 from a u302 in a junk yard, gonna see what I can get it for,I'll do the mods to that engine and save the stock 206,It runs to good to take apart, also found a set of 10A5856 heads at same junk yard off a 335,I think I can get a lot more comp. from those heads over the 5851 heads that are on it,What do you think? Also what is the "A" designation at the end of some of the cyl. head casting numbers? Also found a mint dash/gauge asm. in a jetstar 2, are they the same as 445? The tractor has a cab on it and gauges have never been in the weather,Looks like it may have been a Ind. model. Thanks for any info Rich B

The 220 would be a great purchase. I am working on trading for one I sure hope I can get it. There is 5856 on my currect 220 power unit. Still not sure what the "A" is. A Jet Star 2 has a three gauge panel. The 334/445/4star super/5star has a complicated panel with deluxe gauges. WHERE IS THE JET STAR 2???!!!! My Jet2 has a Jet tag because it took a Jet tranny and Dad didn't switch tags so I'm hoping to find another tag or even another Jet Star 2.

The salvage yard is near me,I found for sure a jet star 3 (looks like 302 ?)a jet star 2,and the one with the cab is a jet star 2 I think.also found 335 universal, had at one time tall rr rubber and has adjustable front axle,I think they were less common than the utility?? the 302 and and both jet 2 and jet 3 have standard wide frt non adjustable frts. The 445 weighed in at 3900 with me on it,not bad should have it in 3750 next year, wish someone made a fiberglass grill for a 445,That would save probably 50lbs.I have had ZERO luck finding LP heads, and there is not enough meat on my 5851's to cut off to make any diff. I think I will go get those 5856 heads on monday, looks like a heavier casting I think I can cut a 1/8" off easy and chevy valve em.Also bought a new after market manifold, intake is bigger like a 302. Talk to you later,if you are looking for something let me know maybe I can find it for you at the salvage yard,I will get the number for you. Rich B

Yes, the tall tire 335 IS rare. I need a tag off from a JET 2. Those heads should be just what you need. Ought to make that thing b-r-e-a-t-h-e with the big manifolds.
