And to quote Danny Hogge"s earlier message about this pull:
"This will be a benefit put in memory of Richard Griggs. For those of you that don"t know, Richard was a fine member of the Hartsville community and was loved and respected by those who knew him. About a month ago while closing his grocery store/resturaunt, he was robbed and senselessly murdered. Richard was an active member of the community. He was a founding member of the local volunteer fire department and was instrumental in the founding of the Antioch Recreation Center. He served on County Council and was an active member in his church. All of the proceeds from this pull will go towards an improvement project at his church that he had begun.
There will be stock antique, super antique, field farm, Hot Farm, and 4x4 trucks. This year, there will be cash prizes awarded in the Hot Farm classes of 10,000 10,600 and 11,000 LBS Classes. $100 for 1st, $50 for 2nd, and $25 for third in addition to 1st-3rd trophies. 3000 RPM"s MAX and 14 MPH Speed limit. For any question, please contact me at 843-332-3566 or Darrel Plyler at 843-672-5438. We look forward to seeing everyone at the pull. Your presense will be greatly appreciated by the Griggs family and the Hartsville Community."
Everyone is invited, everyone would be welcomed. Antioch has always had an excellent track and outstanding Chicken Bog (-:
The Pull STARTS at NOON..... ....
Come on down and have a good time to help support the Griggs family and the Antioch (Hartsville) Community.
