Well you asked for my opinion so here it is. I am quite sure you might not beat the world but from what I have seen it is very competetive. I would also say that the workmanship on this tractor is excellent. Adam is a master craftsman. The parts he makes is second to none. I think he is asking about half of what it would take to build one like it. As far as him building a Moline, I dont think so. I would say It would be something in the Case family. H.H.

Well lets see shipman built it but i dont think it ever ran as good as begemans. Now Camm is selling parts for GVI pulling tractors so i would guess as soon as he sells the case we will see him pulling a GVI. This is just speculation of course and if you just want a good runing case it does run good but will most likely be behind the GVIs most of the time. Of course there are a lot of pulls that dont allow GVIs then you would probably be top dog.

I've seen Adam pull several times and IMO it's about a 9.9 There may be some stronger and/or faster, but they are few and far between. I think where rules allow he can run about 18mph. It is for sale. He has an ad in the latest Hook mag.

I was at Hopkinsville,KY this year when Elmer Glass put a royal spanking on Shipman"s Massey. Elmer"s 900 case sounds different than the rest of them, I guess that is what made it run better.

JB, what does Elmer beating Shipman got to do with The Eagle. The man wanted to know opinions on the Eagle. The dozen or so times that I saw Elmer pull the Case was less than impressive. He's not done much since he quit pulling his M. I saw a JD G beat Hudson's WK 40 and Brooks' 560 once, but that doesn't have anything to do with the Eagle either. The times that I have saw Adam pull he did good.

Super, you are correct! Everyone gets beat don't they at some point! Elmer's highpoint was with the M, but he's been passed up now.

Maybe Ole Elmer will climb back up on that ole M again. That Tunica track seems to favor M Farmalls for some reason.

Why you hatin on Shipman? If he was beat by elmar then he was beat by one of his own motors, which would be a sister motor to the one in the indian eagle.

Shipman didn't do anything to help Elmer win. I was told the Elmer had to totally redo the whole top end of the engine to get the engine to run right? I have noticed that his case seems to run a lot better than Camm's, Massey's,Etc... I think Morris Massey even tried to get Glass to work on his 600 to straighten it out, seems Ron couldn't figure it out. I'm not sure, I'm not hating on Boatman, I love him! NOT!
