Well i have heard of a few people buildin 1100 cubic inch minnie GVI's. How are they gettin that much cubes. How can anyone else compete with that kind of power. They are makin it so no one else can compete. And who wants to pull in the stock class. But they will be interesting to watch when they are done. My two cents worth.

There are a couple of big case standard tractors to compete with that kinda power.

Plus if you are talking about a Case 500/600/900 you get a seven main crank instead of a four main crank in the Moline.

I dont think the 7 mainbearings are gonna help you with more cubes. All it helps with is strength. Have you ever heard of a girdle? Guess not.

Seven mains with a girdle is still stronger than four with one. By all means it is easier to get more cubic inches out of the Moline. The results at some of the pulls seem to indicate that the Case's may be able to compete with them. I would hate to see it turn into a one tractor brand/model show.

I'm working on a U motor now that will be 779 cu.in. That would make a 1168.5cu.in. in a GVI.Sounds like a good next project. Glenn
