the govenors are the same they will fit either tractor

The governor mechanism is the same but the linkage from the governor to the carb. throttle rod is different lengths. If you are thinking about unbolting the entire governor from one tractor to the other you will have to change the neck ontop of the governor housing and the linkage. Hope this helps.

govenors are the same housing

fly weights are a different weight also !

m@w govenor design is completely different.
4 weights instead of (2) also much better bearinf in the nose !
