The pull will be inside. The rules a basically the NATPA rules, except we usually pull some heavier classes.. usually up to 10,600.. sometimes heavier.. ( I have a flier and will post some more info, when I find it.) On the year models of the tractors.. everything from 59 and ealier.. (All John Deere 2 cylinders, all farmall 60 series tractors.. ) JDGnut
