I have ran Superchips and Diablo programmers. Both are great. Of course this is in a 7.3 powerstroke. Get around 10 MPG at 30,000# and 16 to 18 empty. 4.10 rear gear. My other truck had 3.73 and got 10 loaded and 18 to 20 empty. As much as I hate to admit, the Cummins gets better mileage as a general rule and sure makes some good power with a chip. No experience with the Chevy and no entention to gain any.

At 2.10 a gallon that's .26 a mile OUCH. Not trying to start a war but have a 03 Dodge with high output cummins and 6 speed that gets 12mpg grossing 24,000# and 18 to 20mpg empty in the Tenn. hills

I work at a chevy garage and we sell Bully Dog power inhancment products. Everyone that has bought them love them. I haven't heard anyone brag about mileage, but I haven't heard any complaints either.
