I have a set of these with about 60% to 70% tread that are extra nice road worn with a sharp edge on the front of the lugs. I am considering selling them with nearly new tubes. What kind of market is there for this size? What is a good asking price?

I would be interested in your pair or M-H 44 puller's. What would the price be on either pair.

It all depends on the local rules and your location. They are worth more/less in different places.
