What are the biggest stock ih injectors & pump I could put in a 1206?

you can put a 450 head in your pump. the 0degree housing might be better though. have stock tips lazered to .o25 make sure to get big lines.

1456 will fit for sure,you could also check on the 4100 4WD they had a 429? ci same style block as a 361/407.

The 429(from 4100)4 roller pump will fit on a 1206.

did,then found that the 407 was at a disadvantage to the 466 deere and the 400 series IH,even after punching it to 440 ci and porting the head.
switched ot a 436 now and make better power and turn more Rs.

the 400 series is hard to beat. we only run the 407 because we have to. as far as pumps go the rosa works but the p is mutch more durable and can have all the fuel the 407 could hope to burn.

i will agree with all of that,but i would also add that the 400 series is not as dependable as the old 407.
when i pulled the 407 i changed oil and that was it,not i get to do midnight overhauls.
in defence of the 436,it is being pushed hard to keep up with the 570 IHs and 585 deeres.

at least you can make it keep up. i dont think any amount of work will make the 407 stand up to that kind of competion. we found performance parts and know how are hard to come by a lot of stuff is by guess and by golly
