Go Morwitz for that big they are strong and well built, I would consider hydraulic brakes, we ran electric on the 18k we had and they would stop it but more brakes would be nice depending where you haul and the roads, I you want a lighter trailer I would go with a Bri-Mar they may even make you what you want, they are a very nice trailer we have a new 14k and it pulls like nothing.

My cousin and myself have owned several trailers
with the brand name Better Bilt all have been well
built and have given good service.I now have a 10T
dual tandem thats 30 ft.I haul 14 to 15000 lbs on
it all the time and have never had any problems, think I paid $8000 for it a couple of years ago.

If you plan on hauling 2 tractors or 18 to 20K with it they you want to have Electric over air. Thats the only way you can have real good stopping power. Also I would recommend 15K axles with 10 hole bud wheels and low pro tires. I'm guessing you want duel tires axles. On my 26' goose neck trailer I changed the axles to 15K with electric/air with the 10 bud and low pro tires. I haul two tractors 9K each. With the 16" tires and 10K axles I would pop lug nut studs If I had to jack knife the trailer in tight turns.
