Thanks for the response to the back on sled. If possible I would appreciate it if you could get some measurements on the sled. Thank you.

No problem, I will be there Sat. and Sun. I will get some pictures and measurements. This same sled has been used for about 20 years with no problems. It was built using an old water talk of some kind, because you can still see the rivets that held the plates together. I will also see if I can figure the thickness of the bottom. I really don"t think it is real thick, because it does flex some when the back-on tractor is on the back and the puller is leaving the line. If I don"t put the info here, I will put it on a page on my site and post a link here. I highly suggest a sled like this for fun pulling and it seams to do real well with non-pulling tractors, as you can see the JD orchard and other show tractors pulling it in the pictures of the magazine. You will notice that non-pulling folks and even folks that are agaist pulling, don"t mind hooking to this sled. I assume it"s the fact that it seems more primitive. I have enjoyed that sled for many years and my son will enjoy it this weekend.
