Case730 Hub size??

My friend wants to know if anyone knows what hub might fit a Case 730 so he can put on 9 bolt hole pressed wheels on it.

you need a 3inch hub they are hard to find i used a set of 3.25 in hubs and got some 3in. exhaust pipe to shim it it has worked for 3 years now with no problems pulling up to 8500#

Someone once told me they were the same as a Farmall M, in which case, I have a set of M&W hubs right here... what a coincidence....Andrew

I have a set of oliver 88 that fit a dc I don't know if they are the same though

I know a 77 and an H have the same axle diameter...I wonder about an 88 and an M

Yep, an 88, M, 44 massey all have a 2 3/4" axel. The only difference is that an 88 has a 5/8 key and an M has a 1/2" key. So you you have to make the hub key narrower or make the M keyway wider for the oliver hubs. Using the Oliver hubs on a Farmall will also make it hook up better! Jk!
