300’ X 150’ indoor facilities- POWER track
Diesels Allowed.....no excessive smoke

Kickoff- Friday March 8, 2002 9:00 am- Amarillo "MEDIA PULL" (to benefit March of Dimes)

Friday March 8, 2002 10:00 am- Texas State Championships- Div.1-5 (OPEN to the world)
Texas State Championships rules apply (similar to NATPA) NATPA weight classes with 9500, 10500 classes added

*Following Texas Championships, $7 test hooks until 10:00 pm
$25 hook fee each day
3 or more hooks per day allowed

Admission: Adults - $7 Kids 12 & under- free Pullers and crew get in FREE

Saturday March 9, 2002 8:00 am - NATPA National Qualifier Points Pull
Divisions I, II, III, IV, and V- NATPA rules
HOTFOOT 1 & 2 sleds will be used
250’+ track for div. 4 & 5

"ACTION ALL DAY!!!!!"

Mar. 8 Texas Championships 8:00 am til 12:00 pm…….NATPA qualifier 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Mar. 9 NATPA qualifier 7:00 am til 8:30 am

Toy Tractor Show- 9:00 am sat.

We will be there... Headed that way on Thursday.. Bringing the G.. at least... Can anyone pull on Friday??? Texas Championship?? What are the differences in the rules?? Can local tractors pull on Friday and Saturday??? Lots of questions..... JDGnut

Yes , anyone can pull on Friday, as long as the rules are met. If you fit NATPA you will fit Texas State Championship rules fine.It is the Texas State Championship,,,,but it is open to the world. Not much differences in the rules,,,,,main difference is the speed limit on friday for div 3 will be 5 mph. Post any other questions about rules and I will try to answer them. Local tractors can and are encouraged to run on saturday, as long as they meet NATPA regulations, if not, they can usually pull exhibition.
