Perry Turner and his entire crew his built A PULLING TRACK it was pulled on for 5 hours and never got a hole and hooked up well ( and a miracle for Arkansas not a rock in the track ).

Now to mention the important stuff, tht Mississippi Mafia did well there yesterday I got 1st in 5500 open 4 mph, and in 6500 open 4 mph. Ryan got 1st in 5500 open 8 mph. Terry Medley got 1st in 8500 open 4 mph and in 9500 open 4 mph.

Again a great track some very good and close competition and great people and a stop at Mr. D's seafood on the way home just equals a GREAT DAY ANTIQUE TRACTOR PULLING.

I told you the track was awesome. It sure was good to see y'all yesterday. The Might M is always impressive and the Fat Lady just keeps on going. I've got to do a little tire work before the next pull. You and Ryan really hurt my feelings, expecially Ryan in the 5500 Open 8mph. Wouldn't you know the best time I really hooked up, I would have to try 5th gear and run out of power !!! At least the little 700 engine is running like it should now. Hope y'all can bring the whole crew in September. I plan on being there, but that's the wife's birthday. Conjuring up a plan to get her there. Enjoy the heat !! Until next time, Lamont

I'm trying to be really nice and not stir up a hornet's nest today. LOL !!! It was good to see you and Medley had the Fat Lady still running in fine fashion. It's alway fun to watch her get the job done. Hope you all can come back on September 3rd. I may have the same trouble Sweeper had Saturday. Wife might take precedence. That pull will be on her birthday. I've two months to work on that I guess. See you later. Lamont

Lamont,
You're doing a fine job (not stirring the nest). Well, so far...LOL.

We'll be there in September. It's not often we get to pull on a track that has some bite and the Lady likes 'em that way.

OK, now let's solve your problem of getting the wife to the pull on her birthday. Do you remember the story of Hanzel and Gretel from your childhood? The old witch lured them to her house by dropping food along the path to her house.

Well, try dropping $100.00 bills along the way from your house to the track. Guarantee you that the wife will forget all about her birthday. In fact she'll be wanting to go to every pull in the country. I never said solving one problem might not create another....LOL

I might could swing that at this pull. It's only 6 miles from home. If I drop a $100 bill every 1/4 mile. I'm only out $2400.00!!! You know we pullers will do anything for a trophy or plaque.
