Is it going to be the same CHERT road track that we pulled on last year or is there going to be a restectable track that is safe for the pullers as well as the fans. To have the fans within 5 ft of the track is just plain crazy. That is an lawsuit waiting to happen. I don't mean to sound negative but someone has to get a hold on the safety aspect of this sport.

Thanks

Allright I"ll address this question since it is a topic of discussion.
#1 Steel wheel tractors pull in a different area this year, so that won"t rip up the track.
#2 we had dirt delivered and will be spreading that as weather permits.
#3 People will be backed up, not as far as I would like, but they will be farther back.

Your concerns have weight with me, I understand the problems and deal with them as best as I am let. We are not idiots down there, we are RESTRICTED to what we can do. The track is poor to some, but what many people never seem to understand is we have this show on City property, they won"t let you do anything much, It only happens yearly, we just do the best job we can with what we got. This is our 36th annual show, so tractors were being pulled down there long before most of us on this forum. I hope that all the years I"ve pulled in Tennessee I hope I presented a friendly attitude of trying to help, and get along with anybody. I hope we can have a good turnout, because this show costs a LOT of money to put on & the pull is one of the bigger draws to help even the expenditures. Ive always tried to be thankful to those who give us the opportunity to go pull, because believe me I won"t be having near as much fun as everyone else because of what I have to deal with, but thats how it goes. I appreciate your time and comments, and hope to see you there whoever you are.
