I have my 331inch CC motor together. I plan on running the 400 carb and a Delco dist. Engine has 9.5 to 1, cam work and will run 1500-1800rpm. I would like to put in a petronix conversion and a hotter coil. Does MSD help on the dyno? If so is the #5 sufficient? Would like to put the coil on now (with points), whats a good coil I can use with points or elect. ign? Does the 400 carb need to be reworked? If so who does good work?

we have a cc, not quite as big as yours, with case mag and 400 carb. although it has no pto, it has plenty of power, and has never fouled a plug. only limited by tire size as we run stock fenders.
