Any body ever tried this? Im talking like dual 51's on a G with dual exhaust?

OR

A 70 dublex on a G

* The reason I ask is, there is a G that I pull with now that is pulling the rug over everyones eyes are running a 460 motor in a 406 or something like that. He runs in my class and I can beat him with what ive done, but with my 817 cubes I want more fuel and more air to my juggs. Let me know what you guys thing or have seen.*

Edit to the last post:

I dont pull against a G that has a 460 motor. I pull with my G against a 406 with a 460 motor. (Brain Fart)

The duplex carb isn't that uncommon where the rules allow it. Most people run the 70 head/carb/manifold with the divider cut out of the manifold. I'm sure it would work with a G head too, I guess you'd need a custom manifold to mate them up. I've never heard of actual dual carbs on a G, but I would imagine it's simple enough if you can come up with a manifold to bolt both of them to.

Alright. Ive got a Jerry's head that bolts to the G block. So ill have to get a way to bold the duplex to the G head.

What have people seen with the duplex as far as increase? Could you ask one of them for me, or amybe you know.

Give Jerry another call. He has the manifold your looking for to run a duplex.

Roberts Carb has a manifolds that bolt a duplex carb onto a single port G head.
