I have heard of someone using a 501 cu. in. truck engine. They also made a 450 cu.in. truck engine.

if you can run diesel, I think there are some 560"s w/ the 806 diesel motor in them

Have you tried a 301? It is just a bigger version of the standard engine. It is a a roughly horse engine in stock trim. More cubes are possible. Beyond that I guess the sky is the limit. People have put RD series and DT 466 six cylinder engines in with a bunch of work. It all depends on the local rules and how deep your pocket book is.

Use a German D 310-358 or IH D 312-360. 310 Was a factory replacement for a D 282. Oliver 88's running a 310 engine is BS. A 310 is not a factory replacement for a 88.
