how much does lengthening the drawbar 2 inches in length but keeping same height change how much it will pull up the front wheels? when forced down to 18 inch drawbar I cant get the front end up to transfer weight to back wheels in my lightest class. how much longer should I make the drawbar?

Toolman, lengthening the drawbar 2 inches will equate to removing about 50 or 60 lbs at the front axle.

In a farm class where the tractor is to be left stock you technically cannot lengthen the drawbar. A stock drawbar is a stock drawbar. Right?

Jim, if you look at a stock drawbar you will see that it has 2 settings, one up close and one about 10 inches back. so it is possible to have different lengths.
