I bought a stuck Super M and rebuilding the old girl and I'm looking at her clutch and it looks good, but I don't have anything to go by. Does anybody know how thick the clutch plate should be? Minumin thickness before replacement? My shop manuel doesn't even talk about the clutch. I guess I bought the wrong shop manuel. Thank, and a happy plowing to all.

Call Allied-Precision at 1-800-848-1778. They have quality parts and good prices. For pulling, get the HD button clutch. It's only 20 or so higher than a stock rebuild. When you have the flywheel ground, the spec height between the pressure plate mounting surface and the disc contact surface is 1.406". Good Luck.
