Prayer will greatly help this catastrophy, without a question, god's hand is in all of this.
I spent a week in mexico in july, on a church mission's trip. It was not awfull, hard work, and no drinking water, no pure drinking water, no one can imagine what that is like, you can never imagine how awesome it is to stick your mouth under tap water, and know it's clean.money in that region is vital, but I have one suggestion, (only) 50-100-500-1000 tractor pullers, after things clear how much great work's could be done, a ton of men, and women, driving in , flying in, what ever to give free labor, yes i said free labor, back breaking labor, doing what god would direct.
that opportunity will come! A friday a.m. to monday, p.m. four hard days, and i guarantee, such an impression would be made !
just an opinion, I'm thinking about it, when it's safe and the most value can be had for the people in that region !
