I am in the process of rebuilding a '59 660 ih, and i am wondering if it would make a good puller, being as i like to do a little of that, wondering if i should go all the way with it and really pump it up. Thanks

His does well with 20.8-38's on pressed steel wheels and has a turbo and extra fuel.

We have a local puller here in Central Utah that pulls a 660 IH that is almost unbeatable. Appears to be stock.
Give it a try. Good luck.

660 is a fairly rare tractor so i would leave it be. I think stock it would compete well in the lower divisions and you could still have fun with it if you wanted to pull. Just my 2 cents. JaredM
