Looking to lighten up and lower my front end. I have a W-9 with a W-4 front axle on it (witch has the same size hubs as a Farmall H). Anybody have any ideas what kind of preesed steel wheels will fit? Thanks

I put hubs on mine from a 300 ute an made 13 inch fronts. I used the centers off of a 95 JD
combine and cut them down to fit the 13 inch rim blanks. Got the blanks from M.E. Miller. Bought some 13 inch Firestone tri ribs, looks really cool, but it wasn't cheap. Gave the old H an attitude. It does pull a bit better now.

Have you checked the front wheels for an F-12? While they were a smaller tractor than the H, I think the rear axels were as heavy or heaver than the H axel.

Maybe hubs off of a utility tractor,, Ive never tried them, but have been told its possible,,, Like the 350-460 utility or industrial,, I did find a set of hubs off of an old McCormick wagon running gear that worked great,, I had to take the old H outside bearing, break off the rollers and use the race to fit inside the wagon bearing, fit like a glove! That worked on a H narrow front,, Not sure if the W4 spindle is the same dimentions,,, Chad
