can a flywheel on a dt407 go on a dt361? are the two motor interchageable as far as fuel pump lines injectors I see alot of parts for sale for the dt407 and I'm looking to build my dt361 just wondering what parts can work and which ones don't thanks again for your help Jerm

the flywheel will work, on the fuel system the only thing that is differnt is the filter set up. the rods in the 407 had 2 differnt wrist pins sizes (go with the bigger ones). What u going with for a fule set up ?

not sure yet just getting ideas right now before I build it It won't be done until next year. Looking to build it for the 466 hot farm class for badger state in wisconsin just waiting for the rules to find out what can be done if you have an ideas that would great. Thanks for your time the Jerm

About the only difference is bore size,stroke,and rods.The turbo engines had oil squirtters that sprayed oil on the pistons for extra cooling.
