I've seen a few good running U & UB Molines with Berry cams (no relation). I have one in my R that I have not pulled yet. Isn't there more than one standard grind they offer for the U & G Minnies? Seems like there was two or three. Anyway, just wondering who uses them and how they like them. Our 413 cube UB will be 9.5:1 compression and 10-20% over RPM for speed limit classes.

I pulled a 447c.i. U for about 6 years back in the 90's. The cam was done by Berry but I can't remember the grind #.Berry has been grinding Moline cams for years, and they know what the're doing. Follow their reccomendations. Expect about 3-5 horse gain over stock grind.Doesn't sound like much, Mr. Moline did a pretty good job on his cams.

A good friend (since past on), Bruce Mellema of Belding, MI used Berry. He said Scotty was a class act. Bruce had several big MM for that time (early 1990's). All sounded good and he swore by them. 3-5 h.p. may not be much, but let's hope for torque. Any idea what h.p. you were making?
