How many clubs will pull the antique's and classic's against each other in say an open class this year? Just curious, I pull one of each and would like to pull one against the other to see how they fair against each other. I understand some of the antique pullers are afraid of pulling with the classic's/newer tractors. And I'm not sure why, after all the crank, block, pistons, rods, manifolds, cam, etc up grades to their antique's, there more modern than the classic's/newer tractors. They are newer tractors with an antique shell on them. Or are they afraid other antique pullers will really find out how much horsepower their antique is really makin.

Our Utah Clubs usually have relatively few hooks per class so everywhere we pull combines antique and classic for all tractors by weight through 1959.The older tractors more than hold their own!
